This Privacy Policy applies to the MBA Rowing mobile application and governs how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our app. By using this app, you explicitly agree to the terms and conditions of the then-current Privacy Policy in effect at the time of your use.
When you enable push notifications, we collect your device’s push notification token. This token is a unique identifier assigned by Apple that allows us to send notifications to your device. We also collect your device platform (iOS) to ensure proper notification delivery.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information through the app.

Device tokens are stored securely and are used solely for delivering push notifications. We take steps to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage can be deemed 100% secure from all potential risks or attacks, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
You can enable or disable push notifications at any time through the app’s Settings screen or through your device’s system settings. Disabling notifications will stop all push notifications from the app.
Our app is intended for use by members of the MBA Rowing team and their families. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to remove such information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the app and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the app after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
